Last updated: August 2026. This explains what XVenture does with the information you give us when you complete the IMI Check, wherever in the world you are.
The IMI Check is provided by XVenture. If you have any questions about your information, email us at [email protected].
We use your personal information because you have given us your consent by ticking the box. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see "Your choices and rights" below).
Your details and results are stored in Tekmatix (powered by GoHighLevel), the customer relationship platform we use to manage contacts and send emails. Its servers may be located outside your country, including in the United States.
Your information is sent from this page to that platform over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We rely on the security measures that platform provides, and access within XVenture is limited to the people who need it. No online service can be promised to be completely secure, but we take care to protect your information. We do not sell your personal information.
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Wherever you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, stop or limit how we use it, or provide it in a portable format, and you can withdraw your consent. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. To make a request, email [email protected].
If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. If you are in Australia, we handle your information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
The IMI Check is a self-reflection and development guide. It is not a clinical or diagnostic assessment.
